•Audit session history: Stored locally in your browser only

•Payment info: Processed directly via PayPal (we do not store card details)

We do not collect Google account information or any personally identifiable information beyond the above.

02. Data Protection Guarantee

•We never sell your data to third parties under any circumstances.

•Your AI API key is stored only in your browser's local storage. It is never sent to or stored on our servers.

•All diagnostic conversations are saved locally in your browser.

03. BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) Policy

ImGuardian Pro operates on a BYOK model. Your AI API key (Gemini, OpenAI, or Anthropic) is used solely to run the audit on your behalf directly from client runtime. We have zero access to your API key on our servers.

04. GDPR Compliance

We strictly adhere to GDPR guidelines. You have full rights to request deletion or export of your personal data at any time by submitting a request via our Contact page.
